It has formulated three types of benchmark on-grid electricity prices in resource areas (0.9 yuan/KWH, 0.98 yuan/KWH, 1 yuan/KWH) and distributed photovoltaic power subsidy standards (0.42 yuan/KWH), and established a subsidy mechanism for quarterly advance allocation of subsidy funds to power grid enterprises and monthly transfer of subsidies to power grid enterprises.

The introduction of "electricity price subsidies" has triggered a wave of domestic photovoltaic power generation investment.
